If we want future generations to enjoy the outdoors the same as we are able to, we need to preserve the environment. Consequences of outdoor recreation may not seem to negatively affect humans, but the opposite may be true. Once the top consumer of a food chain is eradicated, the balance of the habitat would collapse. By improving regulations for outdoor recreation, we will ensure a positive experience for both humans and wild species. One that would help us escape the stressfulness of daily life, to a calm and stimulating experience. Nature isn't just home to animals, it’s our home too, and the actions that we take on the environment will affect us in the same way.
